I successfully project-managed the launch of the official Living Desert Zoo and Gardens app, which is now available in iOS, Google Play, and soon Huawei app stores. This involved conducting initial research, organizing demo calls, presenting the project up the hierarchy, drafting legal agreements between involved parties, and finally initiating the content creation phase through launch. Through this project, I gained a deep understanding of my capabilities and realized the extent of what I can achieve.
